About the Artist:
a passion for lines\nI put ink to paper for the first time on June 7, 2011. Since that time I have completed an ocean of work in both back and white and color. In the case of color I have added colored pencil or colored ink to the page to complete the vision floating around in my head. In the case of black and white I have resorted to the traditional dip pen with india ink, or developed a style using fountain pens with forge proof ink. All of my work is archival ink/pencils on archival papers. In the short time I have practiced this art I have taken first place in my very first art fair (Sunflower Art Festival, Desoto, Kansas 2013). Since that time I have won more accolaids. I have also placed a piece for advertising with Dick Blick representing their colored pencil line. I am at the beginning of my career as an artist, and can't wait to see what the future brings.
